Irwin Allen was an American producer, director, and writer known for science fiction television and disaster films, earning him the nickname "The Master of Disaster". His notable works include the sci-fi series Lost in Space, The Time Tunnel, and Land of the Giants, as well as hit disaster films The Poseidon Adventure and The Towering Inferno. Allen began his career in journalism and radio before moving into film and television, eventually winning an Academy Award for his 1953 documentary The Sea Around Us.
Only 18 copies of this card were ever released.
